    On average, a basic termination package costs $4750 + gst.

    Every circumstnace is unique. Various factors can and will increase this cost such as: time/travel to attend onsite terminations outside of Calgary, complicated legal matters, and excessive time or documentation required to support the business, the process, or the departed employee.
